State Street - Eating House & Cocktails

Hoyt Architects was the Architect for this interior build out. Previously a bakery, only the outer walls, ceiling, and floor remain in tact. In under 1800 sf, we were able to incorporate a full working kitchen, bar, seating for 50, a private dining room, and a glass wine cellar. By polishing the existing concrete floors and exposing the ceiling structure, the restaurant achieved a naturally rustic and warm ambiance rarely seen in Sarasota.
